-3K Virus - Instructions for survivors - October 2016
The Cyprus Center for Disease Control (CCDC) regrets to inform the surviving citizens of the Cyprus Republic that the spread of the X-3K virus (commonly known as the “Zombie Virus”) is now officially out of control.Security forces (Army, Police, Civil Defence) are now reporting that the virus has escaped containment and is spreading rapidly, especially near large bodies of water, as it appears that humidity acts as an accelerating factor. The CCDC is sorry to inform the public that all communication with other cities is now lost.In the face of these dire developments, the Government has decided that survivors are to assemble and march to the walled city of Nicosia, where they will barricade to weather the crisis. The operation has been given the codename, #zombiewalkcy.
Where will the assembly be held?
The survivors will meet on Saturday, October 29 at Pantheon cinema in Nicosia, at 15:00. Those assembled will then marched to gather supplies from various storage points (TBC) to gather the essentials required to survive the zombie apocalypse. In case casualties are kept to a minimum, the Government will be holding festivities, to celebrate Halloween
How are we going to fight our way through the zombie hordes?
According to reports gathered so far, people infected with X-3K appear to remain dormant when faced with other carriers. Therefore, the CCDC has decided that survivors will be disguised as zombies to get past the infected populace. Survivors are advised to mimic the behavioural patterns of zombies as well as their appearance. Trained specialists will be on site to instruct as to how properly to copy zombie behaviour.
Do I need to pay anything?
Participation in the #zombiewalkcy is of course free. Participants are advised to come to the event disguised as zombies. For those interested in a more professional make-up (to better fool the zombie onslaught) the Government has acquired the professional services of SFX experts Rakis Sculpture Studios. Those interested in acquiring the professional services of our experts will be required to pay a fee but will also be receiving a number of other essentials to help them during the crisis. More details on the matter will be announced later on.
Who will be there?

Do I need to know anything else?
The operation will be filmed by experts so as governments from other countries learn how to deal with those infected with X-K3. The CCDC hopes to see everyone of you in the gathering. For those who don't make it, they will be in our thoughts and our prayers.
